For the house
We install, service and repair all makes, models and types of furnaces and air conditioners, and we install and service geothermal heat pumps. Whether you are replacing a failed unit or building new, these are the jobs we do most.
A heat pump cools your home by moving warm air outside, then runs in reverse to pull heat out of the cold air in winter. It makes less dry air than a furnace and uses less energy to heat and cool, which is why it suits Central Washington so well. We are a Mitsubishi Double Diamond dealer.
Gas and electric, installed, repaired and tuned up. We work on every brand, and we put in American Standard and Trane, including zoned systems so each room can hold its own temperature.
Yakima heats up all summer. From ductless mini-splits to traditional forced air, we have options that fit your budget and your house, and a crew that will answer when the AC quits in July.

We are a Double Diamond dealer for Mitsubishi, and we install and service Trane and American Standard equipment. If you already own something else, we repair and service all makes and models, so you do not have to replace a good system to get a good technician.
