Yakima City Building

The crane goes up beside the building and the ACT trucks line the lot. Every commercial lift starts at street level, with the rigging checked before anything leaves the ground.

The last few inches are done by people, not the crane. ACT hi-vis on the roof, hands on the steel, setting the section square on its frame.

“My wife and I want to commend the ACT team for their care and personability on this project. The supervisor Mark was attentive and reachable by text to help us navigate the pre/on site/post install process. Kyle was an enthusiastic customer focused bidder and technician. He and his assistant worked fast and studiously and were courteous throughout the 2-day process of installing an attic handler and two wall mini-splits.”

Before you call

What people ask the front desk

Yes. ACT offers 24 hour emergency HVAC service. The office is open Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, and for an urgent need you can call (509) 388-2997.

We service and repair all makes and models. We install, service and maintain Mitsubishi (we are a Mitsubishi Double Diamond dealer), Trane and American Standard equipment, and provide warranty service for those brands.

Yes. Offices, shops, restaurants, hospitals and warehouses. Recent commercial projects include the Yakima Juvenile Detention Center, Pacific Northwest University, the Yakima City Jail, the Yakima City Building and the Downtown YMCA.

Ductless systems suit homes without existing central air, additions, and rooms that run hot or cold. An outdoor heat pump connects to wall, ceiling or floor units in the rooms that need them, with no ductwork, which can save close to 30% of the energy normally lost through ducts.

We are Wattsmart and Cascade Natural Gas qualified trade allies, so we can walk you through the Pacific Power and Cascade Natural Gas rebates available for your system. You may also qualify for financing through Synchrony, Wells Fargo or Craft3.
