Financing options
You may qualify for financing through Synchrony, Wells Fargo or Craft3
A new heat pump, furnace or ductless system is a big purchase, and a heating or cooling system that has quit does not wait for a convenient month. ACT Heat & Air in Yakima offers financing options, and our office will walk you through them so you know where you stand before the work begins.

Who you can apply with
Three lenders, one conversation
Whether you qualify depends on the lender and on you. We do not quote rates here because the lenders set them, and they can change. Call the office and we will tell you which route usually fits the kind of job you have.
Synchrony
One of three lenders you may qualify with.
Wells Fargo
Ask the office whether it fits your project.
Craft3
A nonprofit lender with Home Energy Loans, described below.

Craft3 Home Energy Loans
Energy improvements, financed by a nonprofit
Craft3, a nonprofit lender, offers Home Energy Loans that let homeowners borrow the entire cost of eligible energy improvements. There are no up-front loan fees or prepayment penalties, and perfect credit is not required.
Visit Craft3’s website for rates and terms, to check eligibility and to begin your application. A new heat pump or an efficient furnace is the kind of improvement to ask us about first.
How it works
From the first call to the application
1
Tell us what you are replacing
A furnace that is giving out, a heat pump you want in place of an old system, or ductless units for a room that never feels right. Describe the job to the office and we start from there.
2
Ask about financing
Financing options are available, and the office will walk you through them. You do not have to arrive with a lender in mind.
3
Apply with the lender you choose
Each lender sets its own rates, terms and eligibility, and decides on your application. We point you to the right place to apply.
Financing is one way to pay for a job. Another is to take advantage of savings and utility rebates, so look at our current specials and rebates as you plan.
Ask the office before you decide
Call Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, and ask how financing would work for your system. If it is an emergency, the line is open 24 hours.
